Cool bike. I've seen that guy buzzing around the east side, I think he lives by the nickel. Looks like a 97-98 lightning perhaps? After market usd forks and gaudy as hell muffler. I like the usd forks, but only one disk? Sigh, miss my buell...

All this talk about Harleys and Buells, all of a sudden I have an urge to obtain and hack the crap out of an old sporty....

He said the tank and tail are aftermarket and he took a lot of the plastic off. He didn't say anything about the front forks. That exhaust is pretty bad...is that stock? Ben, join us now...ha!

I just set my phone up so I can send picture updates and content from my phone like I'm sending a text message. I wonder if video works? Hmmm... These past two posts were more or less tests. That Jefferson bike below was at Belvidere. The guy fired it up and it was loud as hell. The thing is super rare...even more so than the average vintage boardtracker.

I passed a yellow XB today that made me want it. I need to own a buell at some point. Erik's gearing up for production and looking for funding, but I think it will be a big buck, no compromise, small production kind of thing--like MV, maybe. Probably cost more than a new Duc.
That fork is stock, btw.

Shiiiiiiitttt, right now's not a good time for a new bike! As much as I'd love one :).
