Looks like your forks are similar to Adam's with that damping rod. Did you have to make up a similar tool?

Dave, that's exactly what caveat emptor means.Dan, no these forks didnt require any special tools at all. Kinda nice for a change.Just have to pick up a couple copper washers and I should be able to get them back together tonight.
