Hmmm

So I found these resy shocks on e-gay. they are 11" eye to eye and they will fit inside the stocker swingarm mount. Only kicker is they are a mono for a CRF or XR50 Honda dirtbike. While I could settle for some standard 11' rear straight rate or progressive shocks I wanted the "cool" factor of a reservoir shock...cause as we all know this all about looking "cool".

Anyone have any input on whether or not these would support the weight of me and the XS while also being stiff enough to not rub on the rear fender??

Do they have the spring rate in the ad?

well if it's a monoshock for a 50cc, then for your 650 you just need to use 13 of them. C'mon, this is easy math.

Seriously though, I think a 50 with a 100 lbs rider is probably a lot less than half the weight of you on a 650

All the ad said was that it is a 12mm HD spring. So how "HD" it is, is anyone's guess. I think I may have to either throw in the towel on the remote res....or put 13 of them on. Just cant figure out where the extra 1 shock would go...make a mono-shock mount for it I guess.

The extra one is for dampening the steering right?
