Davenport or Die

Wipe the crust from your eyes and grab a cup of coffee. It's already afternoon where I'm at. It's my one down day a week (not off day, there's no such thing as off day here) so I finally finished throwing this together from Davenport.

Nice! My favorite part is those guys watching the races, swinging their heads.

It plays all choppy for me. I have this problem with vimeo a lot, and from different connections and different computers. Not sure why, but I never saw that first manwolfs video til it finally got put on youtube. This one looks like a slideshow but I don't think it's supposed to? And the music glitches, but not as bad as the video.

youtube sucks. same reason why you're picky with your music formatting. super high compression so they can stuff as much shit on the site as possible and still put in pop up ads randomly. also, they run the computers on the fresh squeezed gal bladders of clubbed baby seals. Think your cpu may need a little horse-power boost my friend...

you tube is to quality video as myspace was to music. a lot of variety, but it comes at the price of shitty quality.

I had the same problem with the manwolfs video when I tried to watch it on a fast computer though. Is it just the individual videos, because vimeo doesn't compress or reformat? The wrenchmonkeys video plays fine for me now. My computer is super slow and crappy. Oh yeah, and vimeo won't allow the video to load ahead and give me a buffer when I have a slow connection, which sucks, but that's a seperate issue.

The video is in HD, so that may be causing problems with your computer. Click the "HD" symbol on the video next to the volume control before you play it, should turn it off and play it in SD.

Much better! Didn't know I could do that. Thanks Dave!
