What size wheel was on it? The 16 lewksa very gewd man! Not sure I like the sounds of "new tank on the way" Perhaps I will have to see how that looks on the XS, if you're going to abandon it that is:)
I'm with Dan re tank, [is it an XL ?] looks bang on but it's your gig, don't rush it 'down the road' until you're happy, glowing and warm and fuzzy on the inside. Neat proportions !!
yes, the carbs are on, however I still have no idea if they work well or not. I'm sure they will be back off to be tuned and jetted soon enough. Ben has said that I have a tank problem, I'm afraid it's only getting worse. I'm actually starting to hoard them.
Well if it makes you feel any better I have 4 sets of handlebars that are in the running and frankly Im not set on any of them...bunch of damn snobs we are.

I like this tank a lot, but knowing what's on the way I think it's worth a shot.

I'm into the wheel too. Looks good... Looks like you have the carbs back on, but you may have done that awhile ago.
