Nervous Breakdown...

Ben, riding alone without a care in the world...
Doh... Hot evening, hot motor, difficult to do roadside repairs...
Courteous motorcycle enthusiast NOT stopping to offer a hand (no one did)
Sent Ben on his way with the AAA folks, big suck. Aaron and I made the 2nd half.
There was a crash where a dude got run over at a pretty good clip, he was ok, but is going to be mighty sore and probably bruised up.
The guy who owned this bike is awesome. He races in the "classics" class. Pre 1981, singles, 250-400 cc. Domt let the old, ratty bikes fool you, these guys race hard, super gnarley.
"You cant take red-necks anywhere.." A. Fischer. Quad race, fender bender, race stops and the dudes got into a fist fight on the track! One of the races must have done something stupid, even dudes came running from off the track to get in some blows...

Fellow 'enthusiasts', read 'weekend specials', likely don't stop anymore due to a complete lack of ability to do anything positive in the least, what they don't realise is that just stopping is enough in itself. Looks like a fun old time at the track . . . what is it with dudes on quads, maybe the four wheel thing. Keep on killin it guys, lovin your work.

Bummer about Ben's bike! Would have love to see the 4 wheeler race and corresponding fist fight.

And yeah I DO love quads for anyone wondering:) I think its my redneck northern wisconsin bloodline. They're gawky, not nimble, not fast and dont do much well but maybe thats why I like them!

You young whippersnappers and your 4 wheelers. When I was a kid country folk had real dirt bikes. 3 wheelers rolled too much, and 4 wheelers weren't invented yet.

That second pic has such great color and composition. It looks way too happy for what's really going on.
