HA London 1973

It's interesting to see the Triumphs and clubmans turned upside right, the quiet exhaust and no hardtails. They rode what they had available.

Sonny Barger wrote a book where he said he wished the angels had switched to japanese bikes before it was too late to change. He mentioned the Honda ST1100 as an example. Imagine them all on big geezer sport tourers with golf clubs on the back.

Ha! That would be pretty sweet to see. It would probably change everyone's attitude of choppers and the outlaw moto clubs. Everyone would be trying to build bikes that actually had some modern function.

I'm not sure if Sonny's ever actually managed the change, I think the London chapter was the first outside of the U.S . . . or close to. Stay warm lads.
