I really should not take time off work, it leads to obsessive Craigslist watching. This thing is a behemoth. I bet the fairing alone weighs over 100lbs. The price was right though....
I'm out way early to my next destination...I'll be in touch. New belt made completely in the USA...can't wear it until R&R (about 6 months), so I packed it until then...damn.
From our visit to the Kohler Design Center this summer...Kohler has a program that allows promising sculpture students access to the company's forging and casting equipment, then displays their works around the company's grounds.
And if you ever get an urge to see more toilets than you ever thought you wanted to, this is the place.
Read the chicken scratch, it's his cure for a hangover... it's 12 amyl nitrites (one box), in conjunction with as many beers as necessary. sounds like breakfast.
found on chopcult. cool details all around. notice the cool loop hardtail, the monoshock is attached to the seat, not the swingarm. Wonder how it rides? It looks like a fun bike.
So I found these resy shocks on e-gay. they are 11" eye to eye and they will fit inside the stocker swingarm mount. Only kicker is they are a mono for a CRF or XR50 Honda dirtbike. While I could settle for some standard 11' rear straight rate or progressive shocks I wanted the "cool" factor of a reservoir shock...cause as we all know this all about looking "cool".
Anyone have any input on whether or not these would support the weight of me and the XS while also being stiff enough to not rub on the rear fender??
It was a nice day, brought out lots of stock harleys, sport bikes and bmw's. Del Taco this ones for Ben this scooter gave me a woody nerd built TZR250. serious two smoker.
