Without knowing how much you've been watering it, I'd say overwatering. Put them outside in the sunshine and let the media dry out almost completely before watering again. They look like they're ready to go in the ground soon....
Well the leaves were curling over and Tom said overwatering, which I probably was. I stopped watering them, and the leaves flattened back out, but then yesterday the stems drooped over like that. So I added a little water and they perked up a little. I don't have any ground to put them in, and they'll never get direct sunlight. Is it worth getting a pot or will it die anyway?
They're in my front entryway, where there's a big glass door. Problem is, the sun never shines directly in through the door. Can it survive with no direct sunlight? Would they be better off on top of the fridge under a florescent light?

If you have a windowsill or something, stick them in a pot and set it on there. Otherwise, eat them.
