My haul from the fall Jefferson swap...got some pretty good deals...
Amber headlight and bucket from a tractor or semi I think, 1946 Schlitz beer can, and a sweet Sporty tank...
...pinstriped by some dude named Beanpole from Delafield in 1976ish...

Nice! Tons of patina!
Did you get anything a the IL swap? How was that?
I didn't get anything. It was small and there was some good stuff, but everything was expensive. I'm convinced sellers at moto swaps jack the prices up just because they can. When you sell moto parts at a car swap...they have no idea what parts are selling for or just down care what they are going for on egay and the moto swaps. It was a nice ride down there. Really small. The guy I work with that sets up a booth down there said it was the worst year he had done it. Just nobody came to it this year for whatever reason. I was a mini Davenport basically. I'd go back next year again.
Nice Dave, I know Mr Beanpole. He's kind of a douche but he can stripe. I likey that headlight for sure!
I hope you didn't pay to much for that can. I just got a 6 pack of tall boys for a little over $5 and the beer in them was probably a lot fresher.
Nah, paid 5 bucks and it didn't come with any beer in it! So I went to woodmans and bought a 12 pack for 10 bucks.
