Seat progress
Cured pan as it came off the bike....came off pretty easy...
Mounting hardware glassed in, pan has been trimmed and sanded smooth(ish)...

Dave, I used a pneumatic die grinder with a metal cutoff wheel on it. It worked great and gave me a nice coat of fiberglass dust. Then I used a finishing sander to smooth it out and do the final shaping.
