plastic dirt bike tanks. They have a replica of the can am tank even. Found this while looking for vintage oval number plates, which I'm thinking about for the duc.
Holy sheep shit...$218 for a replica version of the can-am. how much would the real deal go for I wonder? Also good to know the make model year so I can find a damn petcock for it. Nice find Mr. Fisher!
ever consider a metal oval # plate? Dan or I could cut a template outta vinyl or mask and you could give Ben the winky blinky eyes and use his plasma cutter. Or give Dan the winky blinky eyes and get a chunk o aluminum and a fresh jiggy blade.
Metal would be easy, I'd just jigsaw and grind to shape, but, no. I want it to look like (and be) a classic number plate, which for me means white plastic. Plus it's lighter. I could cut my own, but I was hoping to get the little lip around the edge so it looks tidy and official and real and all.
