The other night as I was getting all lit up at the bar I had an epiphany, a moment of clarity if you will. I decided I wanted to help contribute to the sleepy, boardering on lame motorcycle scene here in madison. But what to do? Another bike show with hand made, sharp edged trophies? ugh. Bike night at quaker steak or boularvard lanes? puhleeese bitches. Then I came across this and saw the light. The dudes in Portland just do it right. An urban enduro. A set course on all legal streets and alleys. No prizes, speed limit and laws enforced, but a challenging ride. A muddy ride ride. All bikes welcome and encouraged, but can not be afraid of getting them dirty.

RedMax Speed Shop

is a UK based bike shop, they flat and dirt track race. Recently they put up a post for a impromptu, for fun, design their new AJS tracker contest. They provided the pic of the white bike. My interpretation came from several cans of Point beer and a trip this past fall to San Francisco. I really don't expect RedMax or AJS to like it, but I'd rock that sucka proud...

heh, litterally. I cut up an old joe rocket jacket (with back armour) painted it black and then added the dpr. Winter is really getting to me...

This is the jacket I was wearing when my chain snapped and whipped me in the back at 45 mph, it saved me some serious bummage that's for sure..

Still need to seam up the new arm holes...
